iServices publishes practical resources for owner-operated aircon businesses. Content is attributed to iServices as the publishing organisation. We do not present fictional authors, customer endorsements or unverified professional credentials.
How to use a worked example
Examples show the arithmetic and the assumptions so you can substitute your own costs, service scope and approved rates. An example is not a survey of Singapore contractor prices. Confirm site conditions and customer requirements before issuing a quotation. Calculators support planning; they cannot establish whether a technical service is suitable.
AI use and responsibility
AI may assist with drafting and organising text. Generated material can be incomplete or incorrect. The publisher remains responsible for the information it publishes. Member AI output is a draft for the member to check, not an independently verified recommendation. No AI draft is sent to a customer automatically.
Sources and changes
Where a guide discusses external rules or provider requirements, consult the linked original source before acting. Dates indicate when a page was changed, not a guarantee that every external fact remains current. Service examples should be adapted to the contractor’s actual terms and customer agreement.
Corrections
Report an error to admin@iservices.sg with the page URL, the passage and supporting information. Avoid including customer personal details. We assess reports and correct published errors where established.
