Publish a private link for a saved quotation. Customers can accept the price and scope and request a preferred appointment. Review requests in your member workspace and confirm availability before marking a job Booked. Up to 200 customer links per account; links expire with the quotation or after 90 days, whichever comes first. Customer messages and payment collection remain manual.

Before you subscribe

Daily usage

Starter: 20 requests per account each day. Plus: 40 requests per account each day. Both reset at midnight Singapore time. Up to 2 requests per minute. Failed attempts count toward the daily allowance.

Cancellation

Cancel renewal through Stripe's billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period while the subscription is eligible.

Billing name

Payments use the existing bestgoldshop.asia Stripe account under Emphasis Gold Pte Ltd. Checkout and billing may show that name.

Review membership terms and privacy before purchasing. The plan assists your work; it does not provide advertising, guaranteed leads or automatic bookings.

Questions about the plan

Will it bring me new customers?

It helps you respond to enquiries and follow up on quotations. It does not buy traffic, run advertisements or guarantee new customers. You still need a source of enquiries.

Can several staff use it?

This release is one member account with one daily allowance. Your saved member workspace follows this account across devices. Separate staff accounts and team permissions are not included.

Can I use it for repairs or installation?

The quotation calculator supports general servicing and chemical wash for standard wall-mounted units. Repair, installation, mixed or unclear requests produce clarification rather than an invented quotation.

Are messages sent to customers?

No. Review and copy the reply into the channel you use. You control what is sent and when.

Your membership tools

Five tools are available with Starter; Plus adds three exclusive tools. All requests share your plan allowance: Starter has 20 attempts per Singapore day at S$19/month; Plus has 40 at S$30/month. Prices include 9% GST. No separate subscription is needed for each tool.

Choose English or Simplified Chinese for the new writing tools. Add your approved facts, review the editable draft, then copy it into your usual channel. This hub does not send messages, post content or buy advertising for you. Draft history is not saved by the AI tools.
