Your information
We store your account email, a password hash, account identifier, subscription status, payment period and usage counters on our hosting server. Stripe processes payment details; card details are not stored by iServices. Account and usage data are used to sign you in, verify paid access, provide the service and prevent abuse. Member workspace records include business prices and contact details, customer labels, areas, notes, quotation snapshots, stages and follow-up dates. These are stored privately on our hosting server and are accessible through your account. Only store customer information you are authorised to process.
When you use the AI assistant, your enquiry is sent to OpenAI to extract quotation details. Remove names, phone numbers, addresses and other personal or confidential information first, and submit only information you are authorised to use. API response storage is disabled in the request; provider processing policies still apply. Enquiry text and generated replies are not saved to your member account by this release.
Essential secure cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. Free quotation tracker data stays in your browser; clearing browser storage can remove those records. Member workspace records save to the server after confirmation. Unsaved edits remain in page memory and can be lost when the page closes. Export backups regularly and keep them private. Members can view and export saved records after paid access ends; an active membership is required to save changes. We do not publish your account or internal enquiry data. Customer quotation links expose only the quotation fields you explicitly choose to share as described above.

Website performance measurement
We sample approximately 20% of page visits to measure loading speed and layout stability. The collector stores daily totals and timing buckets by page and screen-size group for 30 days. It does not store IP addresses, account identifiers, cookies, enquiry text, query strings or customer details. Measurements stay on our hosting server and are not sent to an advertising service. We honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Standard hosting access logs remain separate from these measurements.
Contact and privacy enquiries
For support, billing questions, or account information or deletion requests, email admin@iservices.sg. Include your account email and the nature of your request. We may need to verify your identity before handling account data requests. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, API keys or full payment card details.
Customer quotation links
A shared quotation link can be viewed by anyone who receives the full link. It displays the quotation fields chosen for sharing. Booking request information is stored for the business account. See the customer quotation and booking disclosures before sharing a link.
Google consent messages and advertising
Selected public pages load Google's AdSense tag to deliver the published European consent and US privacy-choice messages. Ad requests are paused, Auto ads is off, and quotation/member/checkout/customer pages do not load this integration. Giving consent does not turn on ads during this preparation period.
Google receives technical information when the tag loads, including your IP address and browser information. Google and its partners may use cookies, local storage, identifiers and consent records as described in the displayed message. When applicable, use the Privacy and cookie settings or Do Not Sell or Share link supplied by Google to review your choices. Essential account cookies and browser workspace records are separate.
Read how Google uses information from partner sites and Google ad preferences. If messages are unavailable or blocked, contact admin@iservices.sg. Advertising will only be activated through a later release after site approval and consent-flow testing.
Your choices
You can clear free workspace data through your browser, export account workspace records and contact admin@iservices.sg about account information or deletion. Clearing browser cookies signs you out; it does not cancel a subscription. Use Stripe billing to cancel renewal.
