Return to the same iServices account you used to begin checkout. Refresh payment status. Do not start another checkout while a payment is pending. The return page and webhook verify the paid Starter subscription; a payment failure or unfinished checkout cannot activate it.

Use Stripe's billing portal to confirm the subscription and payment status. If you changed the email in checkout, use that email in the portal.

Open My account and choose “Manage billing or cancel subscription”. Stripe sends a sign-in link to the email used at checkout. Use the portal to view billing information and cancel renewal. Cancellation is set for the end of your paid period.

Choose Recover account on the sign-in page. Enter your email, the recovery code saved at registration and a new password. Recovery rotates the code and signs out other sessions; save the new code.

If both the password and code are lost, this release cannot recover the account. You can still manage billing in Stripe with your checkout email.

iServices is billed through the authorised existing bestgoldshop.asia Stripe account under Emphasis Gold Pte Ltd. That billing identity may appear on checkout or payment records.

Starter business settings, quotations and follow-ups save privately to your account. Sign in on another device and load the latest account copy. Wait for “Saved to your account” before switching devices. Free workspace records remain only in this browser; members can import that workspace explicitly. Export private backups regularly.

Keep the page open and export your draft from Sales tracker. For a connection failure, use Retry save. For a conflict, export your draft, load the latest account copy and reapply the changes you want to keep. Unsaved changes are not confirmed until the save status says so.

Sign in to view and export your saved member workspace. An active membership is required to save changes. For account data or deletion requests, contact admin@iservices.sg.

Preview a quotation and choose Print / save PDF. In the browser's print dialog, choose Save as PDF. Review the quotation before sharing it.

Open the Sales tracker, set the next follow-up date and choose Copy follow-up draft on a saved opportunity. Review the draft and paste it into your customer conversation. No messages are sent automatically.

Repair, installation, overhaul, mixed services or missing unit counts cannot safely produce a standard quote. Confirm the details with your customer and try again. Never treat the result as an aircon diagnosis.

Check your subscription is active. Starter accounts get 20 attempts and Plus accounts get 40 attempts per Singapore day and up to 2 per minute. Failed attempts count. Wait for the next allowance when the limit is reached; use the free quotation workspace in the meantime.

Remove names, phone numbers, addresses and confidential information. Only submit enquiries you are authorised to process. AI enquiries are sent to OpenAI; this release does not save enquiry history to your account.
